Solo Like Slash
Today we are going to be learning a lick in the style of an absolute rock legend, Slash.
Slash was renowned for his largely blues based lead guitar style that is a fusion of soulful blues rock phrasing, mixtures of major and minor pentatonic and fast legato and picking scale runs.
Today we will be exploring some of Slash’s signature techniques with a lick in the key of A so plug in, tune up, crank that amp all the way up to 11 and let’s get started!
